I think that you are right, yes. Maybe adding
DcfManager::NotifyAccessCompleted (DcfState *dcf) would be enough ?

Since you appear to understand this part of the spec pretty well, what
is expected to happen with HCCA ? Is it legal for an HCCA txop to
interrupt an EDCA txop within the same station ?
