I removed the dependancy of pcap-writer.h on wifi-mode.h and 
wifi-preamble.h adopting the solution you suggested.

All modifications are contained within a single changeset.

To test it, I normally run examples/wifi-wired-bridging and look at the 
pcap traces with wireshark.
