[Ns-developers] Add AOMDV into Ramon multi-interface model in ns-2.33

Hi to everyone,

Here http://ns2.superliu.co.cc/entries/ns2/use-ramon-mimc-extension-in-ns2-routing you can find my new post in my website. I shared AOMDV code that modified to support ns-2.33 and provide the detail steps to add AOMDV into Ramon multi-interface multi-channel (MIMC) model(http://personales.unican.es/aguerocr/files/ucMultiIfacesSupport.pdf). We have already added AODV, DSDV, OLSR, AOMDV routing protocols into Ramon MIMC model. I have used these without any troubles.
