[Ns-developers] ns-3-dev open for developement again

It occurs to me that there was a typo in the url below:
http://code.nsnam.org/ns-3.5

Please, make sure that commits which aim to be in the release should go
to this ns-3.5 tree, not ns-3-dev. I will make sure to push whatever is
in there back into ns-3-dev after the release. In the meantime, ns-3-dev
is open for commits as usual.
