[Ns-developers] regression testing refactoring

Hi,

I posted a patch in http://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=480

It makes some heavy refactoring of regression tests, including they way they
are declared.  The previous framework was overly complicated, and I got
tired of maintaining overly complicated code :P

The main benefit is that regression tests will now run as WAF tasks, in
parallel on multicore systems.

If I don't hear any objections, I'll commit this by next weekend.
