[Ns-developers] Cooperative ns-3 simulation with third party software via JSON-RPC

Hi,

I made some changes in the ns-3-jsonrpc repository.

Now cooperative simulation feature can be enabled via --with-cooperative 
option (in ./waf configure). The files changed are src/wscript and 
wscript. As I don't know very well waf, the changes I made could be 
optimized or moved in other wscript files.
