[Ns-developers] IRC chat today

There is the weekly developer chat today at 3PM EST (UTC-5).  I was hoping
to talk about some lingering P1 bugs which cross maintainer boundaries:

I'd like to also discuss the first proposal on the table for merging, the
RandomVariables API changes.  Hopefully people will have time to review the
changes before then.
