[Ns-developers] Tracker => Bug Tracker

In www.nsnam.org, when I am looking for the link to bugzilla it always takes
me a while to realize it is the link named "Tracker".  Could we maybe rename
that link to "Bug Tracker" instead, to make it easier to find?
