[Ns-developers] ns-3.4 : The Bug List

We have wrapped up the open phase on ns-3.4, where we were merging
trees and new features.  We successfully merged the RandomVariable API
changes, the Object Naming Service, and the TapNetDevice changes.
Looking forward, we have some bugs to squash before we ship the first
release candidiate for ns-3.4.

To do this, we need to get everyone on the same page; namely, the
maintainers should agree that there is a specific set of bugs to fix
before we start making release candidates for ns-3.4.  To bootstrap
this process, I've shuffled some things around in the tracker and
compiled a bug list of what I think this set of bugs is.

Maintainers, please take some time to see if you agree that these are
the bugs we want to fix for ns-3.4.  Please provide some commentary on
any issues you have with the priorities, i.e. if you want to pick up
or drop any bugs for ns-3.4, and we can move forward with evolving the
list into something we can agree on.
