[Ns-developers] Learning in bridge Send|SendFrom

It seems to me that learning functionality in bridge Send and SendFrom
is missing. Methods do not look into learning DB for unicast packets
and therefore flood to all bridge ports.
So attached patch simply make Send and SendFrom look into  learning DB
and if destination address is found send only in corresponding bridge
port.
