I have add a directory "vanet-highway" which contains:
Vehicle Obstacle, IDM/MOBIL Model and LaneChange, Highway (.cc/.h) which are
main components of the design
vanet-highway-test and Controller are sample codes showing how to create
VANET scenarios in highways and run the vechicular networks.
