Yes...
I still try to investigate from both files, with comparison on that of in ipv4.
Actually "SendErrorDestiantionUnreachable" is analogous with only drop packet in Ipv4 version.
But it seems related not to forward packet to the other interface. I still try to debug.

The code is stable :). but our (my) initial work was to support unicast
and link-local multicast stuff.
ns-3-ipv6 is the most advanced IPv6 implementation on ns-3. More IPv6
support in recent ns-3-dev will not be done until IPv4 refactoring will
be merged... so not for tomorrow...
