I have been working on radiotap header support for wifi. The current 
status is that the basic functionality is working. Therefore I am asking 
  for it to be reviewed and considered for inclusion in ns-3.5.

To see what it does, just run some wifi simulation with pcap output 
(such as examples/wifi-wired-bridging), open one of the pcap files with 
wireshark, and you should see the newly added radiotap header.
