[Ns-developers] big delay in MAC-802_11 in NS2.33

Anas, see my post to ns-users (sorry, I see you got no response in 3 
days before posting here - I only look at the lists occasionally)  The 
delay is between RTR forwarding and the MAC completing the send, which 
is unlikely to be a bug in the MAC, but more likely a large queue of 
packets waiting at this node in a network with lots of nodes in heavy 
contention.

Do you know if this is likely?

I suspect this is not a bug, so should move back to ns-users.

I'm writing-up, but will check ns-users again in a few days (sorry, very 
busy)
