Hello guys,
with ns-3.4 out of the door, I believe it is the right time for some new patches. Thus I'm requesting permission to apply following changes:

Two new RandomVariables: GammaVariable and ErlangVariable

I just rechecked the first two issues and am positive the code is ok. The third is trivial.
