Hi Karan,

There is not a mentor specifically interested in reactive routing
protocols.  We do have some wiggle room, so an exceptional proposal
may still be selected and skewed closer to some of the other topic
areas, but certainly they're not as much of a priority.  If you have
time and you wish, you are also free to submit a proposal for another
topic (in addition to other GSoC programs).
