[Ns-developers] GSoC 2009 - Minstrel rate control algorithm

Hey guys

Yes, I'm considering the necessary efforts to implement and validate
minstrel in ns-3 in my proposal. Depending on how things evolve, I
think that by the end of the program it will be possible to implement
one more solution.
