[Ns-developers] ns-3-ipv6 first chunk

Hello all,

Thanks to Angelos Chatzipapas from Telecom Bretagne team, the first 
chunk of ns-3-ipv6 is available. The code can be retrieved at 
http://code.nsnam.org/vincent/ns-3-ipv6-1st

This first chunk contains :
- IPv6 address and routes;
- IPv6 header;
- Inet6SocketAddress;
- Changes in NetDevice to forward ethernet multicast traffic 
(33:33:ff:xx:xx) up to the IPv6 layer;
- Simple example for IPv6 address.
