[Ns-developers] ns3 services going down

This is a reminder that the ns-3 bugzilla and wiki services will be
down for migration beginning at 12PM EDT, about 10 minutes from the
time of writing.  You should be unable to make changes to the bugzilla
and wiki interfaces, but please refrain from doing so even if you are
able.
