[Ns-developers] Compiling Programs Without libns3 Dependency

Hi all,

Probably a simple question, but I don't have enough of a handle on waf
for it: How may I compile a program within the ns3 waf script, but
without linking it against ns3?  You might want to do this, for
example, in building a utility program that's part of some module but
doesn't actually need the ns3 library or code.  I could not tell if
there is some generic version of 'create_ns3_program' which that
function extends and seems to be what I want.
