[Ns-developers] ns3 server outage, tomorrow, October 30

The ns3 web server will be down early tomorrow for a final migration
to some new hardware.

The affected services will be:
ns-3 static website at www.nsnam.org
ns-3 wiki
ns-3 bugzilla bug tracker

The code repository will NOT be effected, other than some minimal
downtime to reboot the machine in question.

I don't have a specific time from our IT deptartment, but I estimate
that the services will be unavailable from about 8AM to 4PM at the
latest, EDT.  I will keep the list updated as I find out more from our
IT department.
