[Ns-developers] Network Simulation Cradle 0.4.1 released

The Network Simulation Cradle version 0.4.1 has now been released. The
download is in the usual place:

        http://research.wand.net.nz/software/nsc.php

NSC is a project that allows real world TCP/IP stacks to be used in
simulation. More information can be found at
http://www.wand.net.nz/~stj2/nsc/.

Changes in this version include a completely reworked build system, better
support for socket wakeup semantics, automated tests (at long last!), several
small bug fixes, and lots of code cleanups.
