All the services are back online and ready to be used.  We are sorry
for the inconvenience.  We were able to migrate the code server to the
new hardware, but were unable to get a DNS entry changed to point to
the new machine.  As such, when we get the word within the next few
days, we will have to schedule another much briefer outage to sync the
repositories and switch the DNS.  I will keep everyone posted.
