[Ns-developers] merge of rts/wallclock simulator code

hi,

Today, I pulled in craig's ns-3-rts tree and finished the changes we
discussed yesterday. The code seems ready to be merged so, this is a
request for merging in ns-3-dev as soon as the code server is back
online (sorry, I can't push this code for review somewhere for now due
to code.nsnam.org being down).
