[Ns-developers] Design Review of ns-3-ipv6-1st (ns-3.3 newfeature)

I fixed the ns-3-run-tests.sh script.  Incredibly, the problem was due to a
path length bug in mercurial.  The paths had gotten longer than 80
characters.  

Anyway, vincent/ns-3-ipv6-1st builds and passes regression tests all of the
machines in our compile-farm.
