A new release candidate for ns-3.2.1 with the nsc build issue resolved is
now available at the regular locations.

Since we've adopted a policy of doing releases on Wednesdays moving forward,
the final release of 3.2.1 will be made Wednesday of next week, November
19th 2008.  I ask that the developers give this release candidate a test
build on their systems.
