[Ns-developers] ns-3.2.1-RC3 final release candidate

The third and final release candidate for ns-3.2.1 is available via tarball and
mercurial:

This is a continuation of ns-3.2.1-RC2, with a single new fix for bug
362 pulled in from the development branch:

All fixes and changes are outlined in the RELEASE_NOTES and
CHANGES.html files.  Please see there for a list of bug fixes included
in this update:

The release date has slipped to Friday of this week, but this RC is
golden as far as I am concerned.  Barring any major discoveries of
errors, this RC will become ns-3.2.1 on Friday, November 7, 2008.  I
ask the developers to have a cursory look to make sure it compiles and
runs and does what we think it does.  Thanks to all the developers for
making this release possible.
