[Ns-developers] plans for next ns-3 release

Now that the new socket code has been checked in, I'd like to suggest 
that we freeze ns-3-dev (except for bug fixes and documentation) so that 
we can make another development release this coming Friday.  I think we 
can still hold to the plan to have a stable release in June; this week's 
release can be considered to be a first release candidate.

I'd also like to post an update of the Roadmap later this week, 
outlining what is planned to be done between now and our June release. 
If you would like to provide suggestions or help with this, please 
comment on the list or drop by on #ns-3 on irc.freenode.net this week.
