[Ns-developers] Replace "std::string context" parameter with a more useful Config::Path parameter

I am not sure of the reasons why TraceContext was replaced by a simple
string, but I really dislilke having to parse strings in order to get the
information I want.  I'd rather have an opaque Path object from which I can
query path components and get them parsed already.
