Hi,

I'm very interested about testing block Ack with Ns2, but this feature
is missed in all the implementations of 802.11e (included the most
famous done by TKN group from Berlin).

It's very important this characteristic in long distances. I'm
researching about this and in theory we can obtain in a point to point
link of 100km (channel 11 Mbps, bidirectional throghput UDP, 1472 bytes)
a throughput of 7 Mbps!!!!.

Now I can obtain "only" 5.16 Mbps (optimizing 802.11e parameters :-))

is there somebody interested in long distances wireless links for
developing coutries able of implementing Block Ack in ns2?.

Cheers!
