ns-3.1-RC3 was posted on Friday, June 27, 2008 (yay).
ns-3.1 is expected to be released on Monday, June 30, 2008 (drum rolls
please).

The updated (draft) ns-3 tutorial is now integrated into ns-3-dev and is
available for your reading enjoyment at http://www.nsnam.org/tutorials.html.

Bugs:

As of June 28, 2008, we have zero P1 bugs filed against ns-3.1-RC3.
