[Ns-developers] ns-3 tutorial work

We're going to have an ns-3 tutorial ready for the upcoming release. 
Craig Dowell initially started this a while back, and is going to work 
this week on freshening it and adding material.  If you have items that 
you think will be helpful for Craig to spend some time on in a tutorial, 
please let him know.  We've had some other longer reference material 
(more suitable for a manual than a tutorial) accumulating in the 
tutorial directory, so I've placed that input in a doc/manual directory.
