hi,

Could we adopt as a policy to stop reopening old bug reports and file
new bugs for new problems ? 

For example, bug 236 was about adding tcp and udp checksum support and
it has been reopened for a crasher when the code is enabled which is
likely to not have much to do with the original changeset (because I did
run validation with the code enabled when I checked in the original
patch) and, everything to do with another changeset coming after. 

It's much easier to track our progress if each bug identifies one issue
and only one. Please ?
