[Ns-developers] MPLS module

Dear all,
     I'm trying to develop and add some new fatures to MPLS module  in ns2-MPLS. So please i want your advices for which version of ns-2 - MPLS  is preferable and more stable .
   
  I found ns2 ver 2.29 as a starting point but i need some documentaion for ns-2 MPLS and/or some sharing of thoughts in order to enhance and add more fetures to the module..
   
  My work side related to queueing of MPLS and drop of packets.
   
  It would be appreciated if you can share me with your knowledge about MPLS in ns-2
   
  - any new books related or documentation
  - new papers
