[Ns-developers] ns-3 tcp implementation

I have been working on a port of the GTNetS TCP implementations to ns-3.  We
have reached a point where we believe that the code is approaching being
mature enough for inclusion into ns-3.  It can be found here:

The readme.tcp file in the examples directory gives a little bit about the
design and approach.  Note that this is incomplete and has bugs as of yet,
but does some useful things and so we are aiming to merge it into the main
ns-3 tree for inclusion in the January release.  Please see the readme for
