[Ns-developers] dynamic libraries on cygwin

Hi Tom & everybody,

as requested, I made a modified version of the dl patch which should  
address the reported build problem on OS X. Please note that, although  
I expect the patch to fix the problem, I have not been able to test on  
OS X it since I don't have a MAC available at the moment. Testing was  
performed on Linux and cygwin only.

The new patch is here:

as in the former version, the archive contains a patch obtained with  
'cvs diff -u -r DYNLIB', and two .cc files which are to be added to  
the 'common' subdir.

For quick testing, here you can find a patched version of the ns source tree:

Remember to patch tcl.m4 if needed, as mentioned here:

Sorry for the delaying in making this bug fix available, I have been  
quite busy in the last two weeks...
