[Ns-developers] Proposing upgrade of WAF

Hi,

I'd like to propose to merge with branch gjc/ns-3-waf1.5, which upgrades the
WAF version, from 1.4.x to a better maintained 1.5.x version (enhanced with
a couple of waf tools of my own).

The WAF version used is a slightly modified version of WAF trunk,
https://code.launchpad.net/~gjc/waf/cmd

The ns-3 branch updated with this WAF is available at:
http://code.nsnam.org/gjc/ns-3-waf1.5/

Any objections?
