[Ns-developers] code.nsnam.org theme change?

When visiting:
http://code.nsnam.org/

Are others seeing the standard mercurial theme instead of the gitweb theme
we've been using?  The global hgrc file still SAYS it should be using the
gitweb style...
What's weirder is that the subsequent pages (clicking on a tree) are in the
gitweb style.  Anyone else seeing this?
