[Ns-developers] [Bug 452] Cygwin won't build NSC

Moving to mailing list...
Is there any sort of official line on support of cygwin? I haven't really
been following the mailing list for a while so I could have missed this.

Certainly putting in reasonable error messages at configure time seems like
a good idea in the case of NSC. I'll be happy to send a patch if there is
existing practice of doing this I can copy from ;)
