[Ns-developers] ns-3-dev Open For Business

Hi All,

Just a quick note to let you know that I am no longer holding ns-3-dev
hostage.  With the posting of ns-3.3 last night, ns-3-dev has transitioned
into the ns-3.4 open phase, and checkins are once again allowed.

I'm sure your new friendly neighborhood ns-3.4 release manager will soon
come out of hiding and begin annoying you about features and bugs for that
release.  The ns-3.4 info is being tracked here:
