As reported in the Daily Bug Status for December 12th, I saw a single regression failure I couldn't explain in third.cc.  Our
oh-so-awesomely-ever-diligent PI found a reproducible case and so we have fixed another (very) minor bug.  I am releasing ns-3.3-RC6
momentarily.  This RC contains a fix for the regression test return value problem and this regression (related to initializing
random variable seeds).

I would appreciate all the help I can get beating on ns-3.3-RC6 since time is running out ton this release as Tom has demonstrated
twice for us in two days, your testing is important!

So, Tom gets another extremely impressive daily ns-3 grand door prize for finding this bug.  There are still many prizes to be
awarded -- you, too can be one of the lucky winners.  Just ask Tom about how amazingly amazing the prizes are.  Please test, test
and test some more ...

I am getting nervous about releasing ns-3.3 with such a short exposure of ns-3.3-RC6.  However, the last two bug fixes have been
quite trivial and contained, so I will probably go ahead modulo more problems.
