We are back down to zero P1 bugs for ns-3.3.  The last release candidate,
ns-3.3-RC4, was just posted.

Progress / Closed Bugs:

- Bug 418 (RttEstimator::RetransmitTimeout can return a negative value) --
Re-closed

It seems that this bug was actually fixed over the weekend.  There is still
an unexpected intermediate result due to math ops of order epsilon, but fix
doesn't allow this result to percolate out.

New Bugs:

None.

Next Steps:
===========

The final release of ns-3.3 is planned for this coming Wednesday, December
17, 2008.
