We had a P1 bug be reopened this morning, so we are holding back with RC4
until this is resolved to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

I'll push out the RC as soon as possible after the bug is resolved.

Comments:

Bugs:
=====

- Bug 418 (RttEstimator::RetransmitTimeout can return a negative value)

This seems to me to be due to a floating point loss of significance problem
resulting in an "impossible" result when the estimated timeout approaches an
epsilonth of zero.

Next Steps:
===========

The release of ns-3.3-RC4 is currently planned for "as soon as bug 418 is
resolved."

The final release of ns-3.3 is currently planned for Wednesday, December 17,
2008.
