If I look at the rate at which P1 bugs are have been fixed over the past
couple of days and do a linear fit I can project when ns-3.3 will be free of
P1 bugs and ready for release.  As of tonight, it seems that we are on track
for releasing ns-3.3 ... never.  We really need to pick it up and get some
of these bugs dealt with ...
