For your information: some months ago there was an attempt on netdev ml to
implement to whole stack withing the user space (to avoid some locks, etc).
This initiative goes back to a talk held by VJ. VJ until today doesn't even
published his implementation. Therefore some guys took over and implement the
stack in user space.

This stack is based as an interface to netchannels, therefore some
modifications should be unavoidable. Anyway it is an another approach to
shift the implementation location.
