[Ns-developers] Ns-3 Multicast Support

Hi All,

I've filled in the holes I mentioned and addressed the comments I received
last week regarding multicast support.  

It has been decided to leave the NS_DEBUG tracing in place for now, but move
toward a tracing subsystem-based solution, so I didn't back those out.

Unless there are any objections, I'll merge craigdo/ns-3-mc into the
ns-3-dev repo on Wednesday morning (Seattle time).  The code is still in
http://code.nsnam.org/craigdo/ns-3-mc if you want to take a look.

I ran 'hg outgoing -p http://code.nsnam.org/ns-3-dev' to get the proposed
changes and the output is attached -- there's lots.
