Hi

tcldebug has always been an optional NS2 component that in not included in
the all-in-one package (altough probably it would be better to be included,
with an install script option to pre-compile ns2 in debug mode
automatically).
All the documentation assumes and only requires tcldebug v1.9;

however, as I've done some serious debugging in oTCL, I've found the v2.0 in
this link, http://expect.nist.gov/tcl-debug/HISTORY, and made some
modifications that were very useful for my own otcl debugging tactics,
described in my page:
http://tagus.inesc-id.pt/~pestrela/ns2/ns2_debugging.html

if you have further questions please ask.
