[Ns-developers] ns-3 win32 port

hi,

The branch http://code.nsnam.org/mathieu/ns-3-win32 should fix the last
remaining bugs of the win32 port. Tests of that code would be welcome on
various platforms. I tested linux x86 and win32 mingw so, further
testing to ensure that no regressions have sneaked in would be nice.

quick howto run on mingw:
  - install mingw + msys
  - install mercurial + python
  - download http://www.nsnam.org/tools/waf
  - waf --shell does not work but waf --run seems to work nicely

I have not yet figured out why the regression tests pick up only the
tests from ns3-core.dll.
