[Ns-developers] Question on MAODV

Hi Mathieu,
   
                 i just want to ask is there any upgraded version or modified form of MAODV protocol which overcomes the drawbacks of the normal MAODV protocol such as 
   
     1. During change of leadership a new multicast group is created.
     2. The data packets are lost if the leader is not available .
     3.  Inefficient Group leader Selection - If the newly selected leader for a multicast  group happens to be weaker in terms of energy, the there is a possibility that the group again fails to serve its purpose.
   
  Please suggest me in Modifying the MAODV protocol. Right now Iam working on NS-2.26. in RedHat 9 platform. Waiting for Your Reply. Thanks in Advance.
