[Ns-developers] Adding support files for Debian packets to CVS?

To some people it might be known that we provide Debian packets (i386,
AMD64) for ns2, nam, otcl etc.

If there is a general interest in such packets we would put the necessary
support files (separated debian/ directory) into the CVS. So everyone can
build Debian packets from source. As a side effect we would be able for
provide release (and possibly snapshot) packets faster.
